Our recent investment in a state-of-the-art mineral water plant exemplifies this commitment. Convenience once drove our reliance on bottled water. However, concerns about its environmental impact and potential quality inconsistencies motivated us to explore a different approach. 

That’s why we embarked on a journey of self-sufficiency, which will culminate in the proud opening of our own state-of-the-art mineral water plant in 2024. This reflects our unwavering commitment to responsible sourcing and quality control. 

Taking full control of the entire production process will allow us to guarantee the highest quality water reaches your table. Advanced filtration systems, including Thermax’s world-renowned equipment, will ensure peak taste and purity. Processes like chlorine dosing, reverse osmosis membranes, and UV treatment will further guarantee exceptional quality. 

Minimizing environmental impact is also a priority. By producing water on-site, we will be able to significantly reduce plastic waste and transportation emissions. Additionally, our automated bottling line, with absolutely no human touch, will help minimize contamination risk and ensure hygiene. 

To ensure consistent excellence, we have established in-house labs equipped with cutting-edge technology to perform daily water quality checks. These rigorous checks meticulously log every parameter, guaranteeing superior quality you can trust.

Continuing our diversifying trajectory, for the fast-paced urbanite, EasyBites was born, offering quick, convenient, and delicious eats on the go. Vegetarea emerged for those seeking mindful indulgence, a symphony of plant-based flavours from around the world, proving vegetarian food could be bursting with character. And when the city craved vibrant community experiences, Karama arrived, an explosion of colour and aroma transporting us to bustling streets, where food fuelled laughter and memories in “Majlis” gatherings.

Today, with over 30 outlets of our brands across the city and beyond, we stand as a proof to the power of dreams, dedication, and resolute commitment to our people and our patrons. We didn’t just serve food; we listened, we experimented, and we created experiences that touched hearts and tantalised taste buds.
